SUGAR BEET
The use of AgroBAD Stimul drugs contributes to:
- yield of conditioned planting root crops by 15-20%;
- yield of conditioned seeds by 12-18%;
- increase plant immunity (resistance to diseases, drought and cold)
- reduction of root rot infestation;
- stimulating the growth and development of plants;
- strengthening of the root system, active growth of vegetative mass;
- increase in the mass and size of root crops;
- increase the shelf life of root crops; - an increase in the sugar content in root crops by 1.0
- 1.3% and, as a result, the gross sugar harvest by 12-13 c/ha.a
SUGAR BEET'S NEED FOR TRACE ELEMENTS
Sugar beet among field crops is considered the most demanding for soil fertility and at the same time shows a high need for trace elements. For normal growth and development, and high yields, sugar beets must be provided with sufficient manganese, boron, magnesium, and cobalt. - Manganese enhances hydrolytic processes, promotes the advancement of assimilants formed during photosynthesis from leaves to roots and other organs. It participates in photosynthesis, so its deficiency leads to a decrease in the sugar content in beets. With the help of manganese, it is possible to influence the processes of sugar production and protein synthesis. With a lack of manganese, dwarfism of plants, chlorosis between the leaf veins, and necrosis of the inner part of the leaf are observed.
- Boron participates in the oxygen supply of tissues and the movement of carbohydrates from the leaf blade to other parts of plants. When it is deficient, the disease "heart rot" develops, the oxidation of sugars and the synthesis of cellular proteins slows down.
- Cobalt has a positive effect on respiration and energy metabolism, as well as sugar accumulation.
- Molybdenum participates in the processes of protein synthesis, vitamin C and carotene, affects the synthesis and movement of carbohydrates, the use of phosphorus. On acidic soils, molybdenum is practically not absorbed from the soil, so foliar fertilization is especially important. In the case of a significant lack of molybdenum, the plant lags behind in growth, yellow-green spots appear between the veins of the leaf. Subsequently, the leaves wither along the edges.
