AgroBAD-Fauna feed mix

The AgroBAD Fauna FEED MIXTURE is a multicomponent microelement preparation of organic nature, the main purpose of which is to provide animals with the most important and deficient microelements that increase the productivity and resistance of the body. Our feed mixture, like all our preparations, is made from the highest quality raw materials. For its production, elements with a purity of 99.99% are used. Organic carboxylic acids are used as chelating agents-carriers of magnesium (Mg), zinc (Zn), copper (Cu), cobalt (Co), silver (Fe), iron (Fe), manganese (Mn), selenium (Se), iodine (I) and sulfur (S) (citric acid, amber acid, alpha-ketoglutaric acid, and others) of pharmacopoeial quality.

The active ingredients of the AgroBAD-Fauna feed mixture are synthesized using innovative solutions in the field of nanotechnology. It is the components of this level that have made it possible to create a comprehensive product that combines growth promotion, weight gain, productivity, and disease-protective effects on the body.     The mixture is designed to increase the productivity and resistance of broiler chickens, cattle, pigs and other animals using natural matabolic mechanisms and is used in the process of feeding them by simply adding to drinking water.
The use of the AgroBAD Fauna feed mixture contributes to weight gain and animal welfare. Thus, the increase in the weight of pigs, cattle and birds is 5-12%, the safety of livestock increases for pigs and cattle by 2-5%, and for birds - by 3-8%. A direct consequence of a scientifically proven and experimentally proven set of trace elements using organic acids as an agent is increased feed conversion.

The important biological role of selenium in the animal body is beyond doubt, as the consequences of selenium deficiency are well known: mastitis, retention of the placenta, ovarian degeneration, decreased resistance, liver necrosis, low resistance of newborns, bilomyasis, reproductive disorders. Selenium compounds improve liver function and increase the content of coenzyme Q10 (Ubiquinone) in the heart muscle. In recent years, it has been found that selenium deficiency reduces the activity of deiodinase and causes symptoms of hypothyroidism, resulting in a decrease in the level of metabolic processes in the body and the complete realization of productive qualities of animals and birds is excluded.
Selenium in animals and humans interacts with vitamins, enzymes, and biological membranes. It is actively involved in the regulation of metabolism, namely in the metabolism of fats, proteins and carbohydrates, as well as in redox processes. It is an integral component of more than 3.0 vital biologically active compounds of the body and is part of the active enzyme center of the antioxidant (free radical) defense system of the body, the metabolism of nucleic acids, lipids, hormones. Selenium is a part of muscle tissue proteins and myocardial proteins. Selenium is also involved in the synthesis of thyroid hormones.    Selenium is a synergist of vitamin E and iodine. When selenium is deficient, iodine is poorly absorbed by the body. According to research, selenium is essential for the normal functioning of the immune system. It is involved in the mechanism of countering viral infections. In general, the most studied function of selenium is the regulation of antioxidant processes in all organs and tissues, primarily in the central nervous system.

In addition, it has been shown that the interaction of selenium with zinc-finger proteins is necessary for DNA repair processes. Disruption of these processes leads to genome instability and, as a result, to carcinogenesis and mutagenesis. It has long been known that selenium has a protective value in the accumulation of cadmium, mercury and vanadium in the body.     In the practice of animal feeding, there have been several types of selenium compounds that have been used or are being used as feed additives. The oldest (70s of the last century), and the least safe form today, is selenite or sodium selenate. This is a 1st generation drug, which was an inorganic form of sodium with selenic acid, and had the highest toxicity (LD50 at the level of 3 mg per 1 kg of body weight). The degree of assimilation by the body of this inorganic form is also low, it is 5-10% of the fed weight.
In 1984, synthetic selenomethionine was synthesized, which had significantly higher biological activity compared to its predecessors. However, the most effective use of organic compounds of trace elements with food acids such as citric, acetic, succinic and alpha-ketoglutaric, which is the basis of the drug AgroBAD Fauna. The first advantage of carboxylates in comparison with other forms is a much lower toxicity (for example, selenium citrate has a toxicity almost 15 times lower than selenium-methionine). The second advantage is their high bioavailability, which makes it possible to achieve the necessary effects with much lower dosages of selenium, eliminating any risk of intoxication.

The important physiological significance of sulfur is due to the fact that it is a part of many body proteins (keratin, mucin, ovomucoid, and others), amino acids, and other physiologically active substances. Sulfur directly affects the structure and function of hormones. Sulfur is a part of bones (in a crystalline state) and soft tissues (in the form of colloidal solutions). With the help of sulfur-containing compounds, phenols and many other metabolic products with toxic effects are neutralized in the body. Sulfur deficiency in animals usually causes general exhaustion, weakness, loss of appetite, and the like. With a constant deficiency of this trace element, the composition of the intestinal microflora of animals changes, appetite and assimilation of feed deteriorate significantly, which eventually leads to death.
The mechanism of action of "AgroBAD Fauna" in the animal's body
The most important factor determining the effectiveness of the AgroBAD Fauna feed mixture is that the trace elements in it are chelated not with traditional synthetic ligands, but with food acids, natural organic compounds that are actively involved in the Krebs and Calvin cycle. Cells do not need to expend additional energy on splitting and removing molecules of an extraneous synthetic chelating agent from their body. It is food chelates that are natural organic compounds and are characterized by the highest bioavailability and penetration rate into the cells of both animals and pathogens.

Organic salts have a more branched structure. One or more carboxyl groups (-COOH) are necessarily present in such salts. Citric acid, for example, has three such groups. The atoms of the active element are surrounded by citrate particles, and they easily transport these trace elements inside the cell. In addition, citrate itself participates in the Calvin-Krebs tricarboxylic acid cycle. The tricarboxylic acid cycle is the main metabolic cycle of the breakdown of organic molecules, which allows the release of energy necessary for the body from these molecules. Moreover, microelements, for their part, also help the efficient operation of this cycle. That is, there is a so-called "doublet" effect, which is manifested in the fact that microelement atoms are metabolized in many biochemical reactions of the body, being cofactors of enzymes, vitamins, hormones and other molecules, and citric acid "burns" in the tricarboxylic acid cycle, while generating additional energy for the cell. Thus, the animal's body cell not only does not waste its energy, but also receives additional energy from the introduced feed additive. Thus, the effect of stimulating the growth of the animal's body is observed.
On the one hand, the composition of sulfur, iodine, selenium and other elements included in the AgroBAD Fauna provides animals with hard-to-reach and physiologically important micronutrients. These trace elements are basic and non-alternative components in the work of cellular enzymes that catalyze most of the reactions of protein and nucleic acid biosynthesis, stabilize the state of water-salt and electrolyte balance, and other biosynthetic processes that directly affect the intensity of growth and strengthen the body's immune system.     On the other hand, the selected combination of natural synergistic microelements in AgroBAD Fauna has a significant and pronounced depressing effect on a wide range of pathogenic microorganisms. This is due to the physico-chemical features and various mechanisms of antimicrobial action possessed by the elements included in the feed additive. Such a component of the drug as iodine has a well-known wide range of antimicrobial effects, and sulfur, silver and selenium exhibit powerful antibacterial and antifungal effects, complementing and enhancing each other's effectiveness.
